ive always really liked it when websites let you use custom themes on a specific page. The SCP wiki does a really good job of this; there are hundreds of user made themes and a whole branch of themes are based on a community overhaul of the site's css. Some themes are just used in specific articles, and some see widespread adoption. but either way i think it adds personality to the site
